Purpose and use
This platform contains tools to create graphic interface with intention to interpret-ate real life system and statuses of objects in it. NetObjectNote is designed to keep transparent track of status changes and tasks which have been performed in connection, regardless if we are working in teams (check "partners" on second image), with multiple persons involved in process. In next example case, real life system is marina boat center
and next will be explanation how graphic interface of this system looks on the NetObjectNote platform.
The concept of NetObjectNote is classification of notes into varies categories represented as statuses. When statuses are defined we choose colors to represent them. The logic is to mark objects with specific color to enable user to recognise objects status. In Marina boat centre statuses are problem-red, regular-green, not paying-orange, maintenance-blue,hull out-grey ... Every object (sailing boat) can be of any color from the status color palette, as she can have any status from the category of notes. In practice we click on object and then on status button to change color of object to color of status. Then we can with one sight on monitor get illustration of state of our system at any time. Visual interpretation of marina boat centre content background image (marina layout), ellipses to represent system objects (sailing boats) and buttons (statuses) to change color of objects in correspondence of status color. We can use this platform everywhere we have an system with objects with same properties. To see more examples check "select from project list" (see image above) directly on www.3eyeobjects.com. Next illustration is from another system (Hotel), but the concept is the same.
Use of NetObjectNote is universal. We can simulate also home refrigerator as a board with notes tickets on it.
With this fast tempo of life we struggle to manage many tasks parallel in time without any kind of system of tracking. And many times things have to wait because we don't have necessary resources to accomplish the process to the end at that moment. And here is a trap. When we wait we forget. And sometimes we forget for always. But here we have a tool, which will keep as going to the point of success.
